How does Team Tutor AI work?
You create a workspace, add your logo, pick the AI tools your company approves and choose one of three policy templates. Then you assign a training path to each department and invite people by email, link or CSV. Employees sign the policy and take short weekly lessons, and managers follow progress on a dashboard.

What happens after launch?
The program keeps itself moving, so you are not the one chasing people.
People get a friendly invite
A magic link signs them in. No password to forget. They land on their own home page with their path, the policy and a prompt for their role.
Everyone signs the policy
Typed name and checkbox, with time, IP and version stored. Those who have not signed get reminders.
Short lessons, every week
Five to ten minutes at a time. A weekly digest says what is left and offers a prompt to try.
You watch progress come in
Completion, signatures and use-cases roll up into an adoption score per team. Nudge anyone in one click.
Common questions about setup
How long does it take to launch?
You can be live in one afternoon. The setup wizard asks for your logo, approved AI tools, a policy and which paths each department gets, then you invite people by email, link or CSV.
Do we need to write our own training content?
No. Team Tutor AI comes with nine starter paths and a prompt library for eight roles, in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. You can use them as they are, edit any lesson, or add your own on Growth and up.
Which AI tools does it work with?
Any of them. The training is written for ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini, and you choose which tools are approved in your company. The practice sandbox works with Anthropic or OpenAI keys.
