Who we are
Team Tutor AI is operated from Montreal, Quebec. This policy explains how we handle personal information on this website and in the Team Tutor AI app, in line with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and PIPEDA.
What we collect
On this website: what you type in our forms (name, work email, company, company size and your message) and basic technical data such as IP address for security and rate limiting.
In the app: account details, department and role, training progress, quiz results, policy signatures (typed name, time, IP address and policy version), and sandbox usage counts. We do not keep sandbox content unless your company admin turns on content logging, which every user is told about with a banner.
Why we use it
To provide the service your company signed up for, to answer your questions, to send the policy template you asked for, to keep accounts secure, and, if you agreed, to send occasional notes about AI rollouts.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Team Tutor AI, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe) and the AI provider your company chooses for the sandbox. Each is bound by a contract. We never sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in North America. Where information leaves Quebec, we assess the protection it will receive, as Law 25 requires.
How long we keep it
As long as your company's account is active, then for up to 90 days to allow export, unless the law requires longer. Leads from the policy template form are kept for up to two years or until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask how a decision was made. Write to hello@teamtutorai.com. If you use Team Tutor AI through your employer, they control your workspace data and we will work with them on your request.
