The agreement
These terms are between Team Tutor AI and the company that creates a workspace ("you"). The person who signs up confirms they can accept them on the company's behalf.
Trial and plans
New workspaces get a 14-day trial of the Growth plan with no card required. After the trial you choose a plan. Prices are per learner per month, with a 10 seat minimum on Starter. Yearly billing includes two months free.
Seats and billing
A seat is one learner. You can add seats at any time; we bill the difference. Payments are handled by Stripe. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires.
Your content and data
You own the content you add, such as custom lessons, prompts and your policy, and the data about your people. You give us permission to host and process it only to run the service.
Starter content
The starter paths, prompts and policy templates are licensed to you for internal use while your subscription is active. They are general guidance, not legal advice. Have your policy reviewed by your legal or privacy lead.
Acceptable use
Do not use Team Tutor AI to break the law, to upload content you have no right to use, or to try to access other workspaces. You are responsible for how your people use AI tools.
Availability and support
We work hard to keep Team Tutor AI available and will tell you about planned maintenance. Support is by email; Enterprise plans get priority support.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from the billing tab. Your workspace stays readable for 90 days so you can export your data, then it is deleted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. A French version is available on request and prevails where the law requires.
